Previously, Shannon was the Greeting Card Buyer during a pivotal period that included major strategic shifts at Barnes & Noble and the integration of Paper Source. She played a key role in evolving the greeting card business across both brands—refining assortments, strengthening global and domestic vendor relationships, and introducing differentiated product that resonates with a wide customer base.
